5 Ways to Relax as Mompreneur

Juggling motherhood and entrepreneurship is hard and finding time for yourself is even harder. Here are my 5 go-to tips to relax under all of the pressure!
1. Manicures & Pedicures
These really keep a woman sane! It gives the time to unwind and not think about anything else going on in your life. It's nice to just sit back and let someone else do the work for a change. Plus you get to express yourself through whatever colors or designs you choose.
2. Reading Books
Cuddling up to a good book can put your mind at ease. I have a personal library and I'm always finding new titles to read and new insights from some oldies. My current reads are xx and xx.
3. Yoga
These really keep a woman sane! It gives the time to unwind and not think about anything else going on in your life. It's nice to just sit back and let someone else do the work for once.
