Get super clear on your "WHY". Why is it important for you to move your body? Why do you want to stay consistent ? Why do you want to be an active Mom? What is the feeling that you desire?

2. CONNECT

Find a reliable accountability partner. Someone that is going to motivate you on a daily and consistent basis. (Already you have us, here!)

3. SHARE

Tell your family the good news. Get them excited about your goals! Remind them a healthier mommy a happier mommy!

4. PREP

Prepare your clothes for next day. Looking good makes you feel good!

5. HYDRATE

Are you drinking enough water? Here is how to know- divide your current weight by 2, that is the number you should be drinking in ounces on a daily basis. Stay hydrated!
