Welcome to 31 days of movement during the month of March, to motivation and inspire you to spring forward.

 

So often we put ourselves second to our daily life commitments, especially taking care of our kids, that we forget to take care of ourselves. We are here to support putting you first! Even if only 20 minutes daily, get in some form of movement to reenergize, relax and fill you up so you can fill up others. 

 

We will share FREE or deeply discounted fitness classes in the Tri-State area, wellness tips, and tools to get you moving! Hope this supports you in all ways to live your best March 2018!
